Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our continued growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will provide contractual, litigation, and compliance support, acting as a liaison between our attorneys, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the drafting, review, and management of contracts, including template agreements, commercial agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Support business partners with contract renewals and modifications, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Maintain and file templates and executed contracts, including tracking expiration and renewal deadlines.
  • Manage litigation-related inquiries, including investigation, coordination with outside counsel, and preservation of documents.
  • Organize and track information to produce internal quarterly litigation reports.
  • Review and approve sponsorship activities and other related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Conduct legal research in various areas of law related to healthcare and medical devices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate as recognized by the American Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience in contracts and litigation, either in a law firm or in-house environment.
  • Solution-oriented individual with excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of contract terms and legal implications, with a strong understanding of business principles.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and innovative team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
