Salary Range: $32-$42 per hour

Job Description: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Redmond, WA location. Your responsibilities will include providing services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, working in accordance with the plan of care, and collaborating with other healthcare team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess current LPN licensure in the state of Washington, a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Additionally, you must hold CPR certification.

Responsibilities: Some of your key responsibilities will include visiting patients and providing nursing care according to the plan of care, participating in the in-service program, completing progress notes for each visit, and submitting progress notes to the agency daily. You will also participate in the QA/QI plan and process.
