Located in the heart of Kirkland, KTUB offers a variety of programs and services designed to support the needs of local youth. Our team is dedicated to fostering a sense of community and promoting positive relationships among our participants.

Job Summary
  • Host and monitor drop-in activities for teens, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Assist with events, organize supplies, and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 2:30-6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 1:30-6:30pm
  • Friday: 2:30-9:30pm
  • Occasional Saturdays: 4-10pm

Recreation attendants must be at least 16 years old. Those 18 or older may work rentals on weekends.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and use stairs
  • First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of hire

This is a part-time non-benefitted position with flexible shifts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a passion for working with youth.
