Application Process

Position Overview

At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, we are dedicated to delivering joy and refreshment to our consumers. Our Merchandising Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring that our beloved brands are readily accessible to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain product displays and equipment arrangements
  • Implement Point of Sale advertising in accordance with company merchandising guidelines
  • Ensure proper shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation in displays
  • Oversee stock inventory levels and manage trade breakage
  • Assess product requirements to place relevant orders on established sales routes
  • Engage in daily communication, problem-solving, and follow-up with clients, colleagues, and shoppers
Required Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Capability to utilize a personal vehicle during work hours
  • Physical ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push over 50 pounds, as well as kneel, bend, and reach overhead
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Background
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No prior work experience necessary, although previous sales or merchandising experience is advantageous
