Job Summary

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Local Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers, executing promotions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Products and Execute Promotions: Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport products to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
  • Service Scheduled Customers: Provide excellent customer service by delivering products to all scheduled customers by the end of the shift.
  • Merchandise Accounts: Ensure all accounts are merchandised to local standards, including rotating and stocking products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers.
  • Establish Positive Relationships: Build strong relationships with primary contacts at each account, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Requirements
  • 21 Years or Older: Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
  • DOT Physical and Drug Test: Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug test.
  • Valid CDL: Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Operating Trucks: Experience operating trucks requiring a CDL license, including basic functions like driving forwards, driving backwards, or maneuvering in tight spaces.
  • Merchandising Products: Knowledge of merchandising products, including filling shelves, building displays, and making products look attractive on shelves.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate equipment to aid in hauling loads, such as pallet jacks, dock plates, and load bars.
