We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Shepherd Lutheran Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams.
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal resident outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current active RN licensure in the State of Minnesota in good standing.
- CPR certification.
- Graduate of a registered nurse accredited program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in geriatric care or long-term care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- A competitive salary range of $33.89-$37.00 per hour, plus differentials for evenings and nights.
