We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current active RN nursing licensure in the State of Minnesota in good standing.
- CPR certification.
- Graduate of a registered nurse accredited program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in geriatric care or long-term care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds, with occasional support of up to 50 pounds.
- Competitive salary range: $33.89-$37.00 per hour, plus differentials for charge nurses and shift differentials for evenings and nights.
