Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truss Assembler to join our team at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions. As a Truss Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling trusses, chords, webs, and plates in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble truss pieces, chords, webs, and plates in accordance with manufacturing specifications.
  • Hammer plates secure in advance of pressing operation to ensure proper alignment.
  • Assist in pushing or pulling trusses from the table to facilitate efficient production.
  • Clean up work area regularly to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Maintain good communication with Truss Assembly Lead and other Truss Assemblers to ensure a cohesive and productive work team.
  • Learn and apply appropriate safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
