Responsibilities
  • Perform personal care needs for assigned patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, and attend to their requests promptly.
  • Observe patients and report any changes or concerns to the Hospice Director or Director of Clinical Services.
  • Provide emotional support and positive communication techniques to patients and their families, maintaining confidentiality and respect at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Additional education/training as required by the State
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
  • Must have valid driver's license
