- Experience in aerospace or mechanical manufacturing.
- Focus on product development and enhancing designs to align with business goals.
- Utilize a disciplined, data-driven methodology for technical decision-making.
- Contribute to (GROE) Global Repair and Overhaul Engineering productivity objectives through the Value Creation Process.
- Drive financial acumen in (GROE) Global Repair and Overhaul Engineering to ensure compliance with productivity standards.
- Innovate repair designs to restore aftermarket components and address shortages.
- Collaborate as a team member in Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and Client Operating System (HOS).
- Establish a technical liaison between customer support and clients.
- Work with clients to identify and implement strategies for future growth.
- Role includes responsibilities as a Site Repair Development Engineer.
