We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission and will require a full-time presence in our office, although a hybrid work arrangement may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will undertake a variety of HR-related tasks and collaborate closely with the HR team. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and promotion processes
  • Participating in administrative meetings and relevant seminars

  • Issuing employee identification badges

  • Creating and distributing personnel announcements
  • Updating HRIS records and generating reports as needed
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts for various positions
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Completing required training and demonstrating competency in HIPAA
  • Remaining flexible to adapt to changing responsibilities and tasks

Position Details

This is a full-time, hourly position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may require occasional after-hours or weekend work.
