* Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor)
* Strong background in motion control systems, machine vision, and safety PLCs
* Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems; fluid power systems is a big plus
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and industrial safety standards preferred
