Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field preferred, with 3-7 years of industrial automation experience
* Expertise in PLC programming (especially Allen-Bradley/Rockwell), HMI development, and industrial communication protocols
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor)
* Strong background in motion control systems, machine vision, and safety PLCs
* Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems; fluid power systems is a big plus
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and industrial safety standards preferred
