Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications System Administrator to join our team at Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC). As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing server and workstation support to our NAS Pax River location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support virtual and physical server configurations, including administration of Web Application servers in support of client applications.
  • Perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment.
  • Provide Server 2019 administration and support the virtualization of Windows systems (VMWare ESXi).
  • Perform ACAS/Nessus vulnerability and scanning support, as well as monitoring performance, including disk space, utilization, capacity, and availability.
  • Support ISSOs in implementing and supporting cyber security standards, including NIST and Risk Management Framework (RMF) C&A Standards.
  • Create and maintain user accounts, and install hardware/software.
  • Perform system backup and recovery, and ensure DoD STIG / SCAP / ACAS compliance.
Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree and three to ten years of experience in related infrastructure, operating systems, system administration work is required. Six (6) years of additional related work experience or an Associate's Degree and four (4) years of additional related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE) or higher to start. An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start.
