  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Standardization & Optimization:
  • Develop and implement a standardized Maintenance Management Operating System (MMOS) across all facilities.
  • Establish and sustain preventative maintenance (PM) programs using MMOS to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Lead initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime.
  • Critical Infrastructure Support:
  • Provide guidance to plant maintenance teams on critical infrastructure systems like utilities, refrigeration, and wastewater.
  • Identify risks to critical infrastructure and develop mitigation plans for redundancy and efficiency.
  • Support CAPEX rebuilds and replacements, ensuring long-term viability and cost-effectiveness.
