Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to departmental operations, developing computer systems and programs using end-user-oriented programming tools.
  • Act as an internal consultant, using quality tools and process definition/improvement techniques to re-engineer business applications or technical processes for greater efficiencies.
  • Lead large/complex computer application projects, providing work direction to 2-4 professionals in support of department's automated business systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for potential new systems to support department operations, writing programs/developing systems using end-user programming tools.
  • Work closely with user groups, supporting division staff to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
  • Ensure data access controls, computer hardware, and software security meet corporate and department guidelines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to how business systems meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Ten (10) years of diversified experience in Systems Analysis, feasibility studies, systems engineering, or a combination thereof.
  • Four years' experience in specific department-related functions.
  • Previous supervision experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly, and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a FICO lead.
  • Full Life-Cycle Experience with Multiple SAP implementations.
  • SAP Treasury module experience.
  • Experience with ABAP debugging/programming.
  • Experience with B2B integrations (SFTP and RFC connections).
  • Proven experience in successful problem solving.
  • Excellent Documentation/Presentation skills.
