Job Description:

The Contract Oversight Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to identify maintenance needs and priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage maintenance contracts for facilities operations
  • Supervise contract personnel to ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to identify maintenance needs and priorities
  • Conduct site visits to monitor maintenance activities and progress
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • Three years of experience in contract management and budget administration
  • Valid California Class C driver's license
  • Ability to work on-call 24/7
