About the Role

Telecare Corp. is seeking a skilled Social Work Clinician to join our team at The Windsor Center, a short-stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) providing 24/7 services to adults and youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, provide clinical and casework services to members served and natural supports.
  • Develop and implement person-centered recovery plans in collaboration with other services and agencies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals in crisis.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school and working towards licensure and registration with the Board of Behavioral Science.
  • One (1) year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to transport clients to appointments and groups.
