About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor II at Sares Regis Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multifamily communities. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our maintenance team, as well as outside contractors, to maintain and repair our physical structures and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate the work of maintenance employees and outside contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Obtain bids from outside contractors and analyze and submit them to superiors for approval
  • Order and receive supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors
  • Inspect facilities and equipment to determine maintenance needs and ensure conformance to specifications and standards
  • Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and increase efficiency
  • Assist the Property Manager in planning and administering the maintenance budget
  • Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • 4 years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • Experience with Yardi software
  • Experience in all trades
  • Excellent written, communication, and computer skills
  • Past supervisory experience
  • Current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
