- Property Managers should be prepared to walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of their time outdoors, which includes climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Performing cleaning and routine maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and mopping indoor areas, while maintaining the exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris.
Experience: Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in customer service-oriented sales roles, including retail, dining, fast food, or other service industries.
Transportation: Employees must possess a valid driver's license and use their own vehicle for travel between various work sites and/or for other job-related tasks. (Mileage reimbursement is available)
