  • 5+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience, or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience
  • 5+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
Desired Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Python programming experience
  • Prior experience with Wells Fargo systems
  • An industry-standard technology certification

  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: unit, regression, integration, and stress performance testing
  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry: compliance, regulatory, or legal operations
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Advanced problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify, plan, and document system solutions that are cost-effective and meet regulatory requirements
