The Opportunity

Position: Accounting and Finance Specialist

Reports to: Regional Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid work model available

In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing expert guidance to our teams. Your collaboration with various departments will enhance financial visibility and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial records for designated accounts within our diverse portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate on company-wide initiatives and perform ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Work closely with leadership to enhance accounting practices and ensure compliance.
  • Support annual financial planning and maintain innovative accounting processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal audit standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; skills will be assessed during the interview.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and enhancing efficiency.
