This position is eligible for tips, and the hourly minimum pay does not account for potential earnings from gratuities.

The average hourly wage can reach $22.00 (base pay plus tips), with top performers earning significantly more.

• Receive drink orders from guests or staff, prepare and serve beverages following established recipes and standards.
• Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages, verify identification, and comply with all service policies.
• Process drink orders through the cash register, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Manage bar stock by ordering necessary supplies.
• Clean and organize bar equipment and stock.
• Engage with guests, provide menus, and communicate specials while addressing inquiries.
• Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system and manage payment transactions.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless service.
• Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in cross-training across various food and beverage outlets.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
