Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Civil Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team in Green Bay and Madison, WI area office locations. As a key member of our Transportation team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, expanding your skills and expertise in various civil engineering disciplines.

As a Transportation Civil Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for utilizing your engineering knowledge to complete project tasks under the direction of senior staff, collaborating with colleagues, developing client and stakeholder relationships, and communicating effectively internally and externally.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree in civil engineering, civil technology, surveying, construction management, or a closely related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of survey and material testing equipment (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, and AASHTOWare Project (preferred).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences.
  • To be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
  • To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work.
