In this role, you will support the General Manager in guiding the retail team and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will exemplify leadership qualities, motivating colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Partner with management to establish and exceed sales goals, analyzing performance metrics for ongoing improvement.
  • Drive sales initiatives by setting ambitious targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Maintain compliance with local and state regulations, ensuring ethical operations.
  • Address and resolve customer and employee concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Adhere to HR policies and maintain thorough documentation of processes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team leads to support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to communicate and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Schedule:
  • On-site presence required for up to forty (40) hours per week, with potential overtime based on business needs.
  • Participate in mandatory district meetings weekly.
  • Attend store meetings as scheduled.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include the ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and stand for long durations, as well as perform bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting movements.
