- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on therapeutic exercises and techniques
- Prioritize caseload and coordinate daily staffing needs
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
