We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Layout Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading coordination with Hilti, training other employees on software and equipment use, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Hilti to obtain required items and materials
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on software and equipment use
  • Import and upload files, and navigate our system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate with Hilti to address service needs and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system issues and make necessary corrections to ensure optimal performance
  • Coordinate schedules and project constraints to meet deadlines
  • Provide embeds and materials quantity for projects, and work with Mechanical and VDC to ensure accurate drawings and files
  • Document QA/QC checklists to ensure quality and compliance
  • Read blueprints and equipment packing lists to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support project completion in a timely manner, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure safety policies are followed, and other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Flexible schedule availability, and reliable transportation and communication
  • Commercial mechanical construction experience, and supervisor experience preferred
  • Basic technology skills, and clear communication and ability to follow directions
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and practices
