Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Rental Representative to join our team at Grace Pacific Corp. This role is responsible for generating revenues in Sales & Rentals for the GPRS Kona Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement sales call plans for existing, potential, and "cold" customers.
  • Coordinate marketing plans and product specials for accounts.
  • Provide price quotes and sales support to customers.
  • Inform customers of supply and price trends.
  • Coordinate sales orders and deliveries, making deliveries to customer locations and job sites as required.
  • Prepare records and reports of sales and supporting activities.
  • Maintain and build positive customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections of facilities and job sites.
Working Conditions
  • Reports to an air-conditioned administrative office.
  • Ability to work in warehouse conditions.
  • Branch normal operation hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
  • Must be available after hours, nights, and weekends to facilitate customer service and industry trade events.
  • Ability to work on various construction job sites, including live traffic conditions.
Equipment Use
  • Ability to safely operate a 10,000 GVW company pickup on a daily basis.
  • Ability to safely operate an LPG Forklift to facilitate customer pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Ability to set up, program, troubleshoot, operate, and train others on message boards, arrow boards, light towers, compressors, and other towable equipment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • A valid Hawaii driver's license and favorable driver history record.
  • A degree in sales and/or marketing preferred.
  • (1) year of relevant experience in a similar operation, such as equipment rental operation, sales/retail environment, civil construction, government agency related to road work and/or safety is preferred.
