Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Adult Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality therapy services to adults 18 years of age or older, and their families, addressing behavioral and mental health symptoms. Your passion for service and commitment to improving the lives of others will make a significant impact in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify mental health disorders and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to adults and their families, promoting mental well-being and resilience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health treatment.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, with a license in the State of Missouri (LPC, LCSW, PLPC, or LMSW).
- At least two years of counseling experience, with a strong background in mental health treatment.
- Comfortable providing telehealth services and proficient in teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Working knowledge of the DSM-5 and ability to assess mental health disorders.
