- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solution.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, adhering to company standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
- Basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
