  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet Papa Texas LLC's quality standards, including preparing ingredients, making quality products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives, support sales efforts, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, check, and credit card transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old to perform certain duties.
  • Language: Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Driver's License: If cross-trained as a delivery driver, must have a valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory vehicle.
Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for prolonged periods, walk, grasp firmly/strongly and simply/lightly with hands, and use fine finger dexterity. The team member is frequently required to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, push and/or pull, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
