Job Title: Office Assistant/Outpatient Clinic/Full-time Employment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. As an Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, checking them in/out, and directing them to appropriate departments or waiting areas. You will also be responsible for accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas, and monitoring and replenishing office supplies and medical forms.

Responsibilities:

* Greet patients and direct them to appropriate departments or waiting areas
* Accept inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas
* Monitor and replenish office supplies and medical forms
* Assist in communicating appointment reminders, test results, and other pertinent information to patients

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least three years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
