Event Canvasser Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Canvasser to join our team at PeopleShare. As an Event Canvasser, you will be responsible for collecting contact details and signatures, meeting daily and weekly quotas, and participating in professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend outreach events and conduct door-to-door canvassing to raise awareness and connect residents with eligible resources.
  • Assist with text banking for SNAP and Child Income Tax Credit applications and support the application process.
  • Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for client information and signature acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of six months of related experience.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
