Job Summary:

As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical nutrition care to patients and clients. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized care plans, and educating patients and their families on healthy eating habits. You will work closely with the Food Service staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible nutrition care. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients and clients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Food Service staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible nutrition care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical nutrition research and best practices to ensure that patients receive evidence-based care.
  • Document patient care and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical nutrition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
  • Fluency in a second language.
