Clinical Nutrition Specialist

Universal Health Services is seeking a skilled Clinical Registered Dietician to join our team at Fremont Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy that are integrated and compatible with the patient's medical program goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy using established standards of care and practice protocols/guidelines
Manage resources in a cost-effective manner
Participate in performance improvement efforts
Maintain professional competency and skills required for professional practice
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or related area granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college or university
Completion of a didactic program in dietetics and supervised practice program approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) of the American Dietetic Association
Experience in a health care facility preferred
Registered Dietitian or eligible for registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association; Certification/Licensure as required by state of practice

Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults.
