Physician Assistant Palliative Care Specialist

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant to join our Palliative Care team. As a Physician Assistant in Palliative Care, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with serious illnesses, focusing on relief from pain and stress. This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
About the Role
As a Physician Assistant in Palliative Care, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. You will also have the opportunity to participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in Palliative Care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in Palliative Care, with experience in home-based care and a passion for working with geriatric patients. You will also need to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies and current certification as a Physician Assistant are required.
