The Trauma Clinician role at KPC Global Medical Centers Inc is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a meaningful contribution to our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced clinical practice in trauma care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex injuries.
  • Collaboration with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
  • Education and training of staff on trauma care best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years ER/ICU/Trauma experience REQUIRED
  • Current CA RN license
  • Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
  • CEN or CCRN (recommended)
  • TNCC or ATCN, PALS (within 6 months of hire)

**Estimated Salary:** $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
