Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff daily needs and ensure all tasks and responsibilities are covered.
  • Communicate and present results to senior management across different departments and geographical locations.
  • Utilize strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Respond to internal and external auditor requests.
  • Review and approve monthly account reconciliations.
  • Review monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis and summarize/communicate to upper management.
  • Partner with operations and accounting personnel to provide advice and technical assistance with operational transactions or processes and correlate the correct financial accounting.
  • Provide guidance on root cause analysis and implementation of corrections where needed.
  • Drive the review of system annual standard costs and execute in the system.
  • Assist with the monthly review of project budgets.
  • Develop automated streamline processes for reporting or data analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for review by upper management.
  • Complete ad-hoc financial analysis and cost accounting projects as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting, auditing, or other relevant experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, Snowflake, Power BI, and Alteryx experience a plus.
  • Experience with manufacturing standard cost environment.
  • High level of dedication to meeting customer requests and required time commitments.
  • Aptitude for relating manufacturing activities, system transactions, and processes to financial outcomes.
