At IMS, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology department in Avondale, Arizona. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans, as well as physical examinations and consultations
  • Order and interpret patient care tests, treatments, and exams
  • Handle prescription needs and provide advice on chronic pain problems and general health education
  • Coordinate care and provide family planning and well-women exams
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program
  • Passage of board-approved certifying exam
  • License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona
  • One year of experience in Cardiology
