We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Women's Services RN to join our team at Novant Health. As a Women's Services RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
About the RoleThis part-time position is available on a night shift schedule, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Current compact licensure in the appropriate state.
- 2-year/Associate Degree in Nursing, required; 4-year/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Consecutive year of experience in a defined specialty, required.
- Specialty certification, preferred.
