Job SummaryIn this role, you will assess and establish presumptive diagnoses, implement treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care to patients. You will also make accurate and complete entries into the electronic medical record, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and prescribe appropriate medical therapy.

- Communicate with collaborative physicians, patients, PCPs, and referring staff through telephone or other means of correspondence

- Interpret and follow policies and guidelines to define procedures and meet goals and deadlines
- Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner (Required)
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
