About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Novolex. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet customer specifications and company guidelines.
  • Safety and Compliance: Participate in monthly safety meetings and ensure that all employees follow facility safety and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Product Testing: Perform daily testing of products and record data to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production operators to inform them of product quality and notify management of any non-conforming materials.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and retain quality documents, and ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated according to policy.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Computer and math skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and SAP.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and a good self-starter.
