Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff during non-business hours, ensuring that patient care standards are met and hospital policies are adhered to.
- Act as the administrative representative of Memorial Medical Center during non-business hours, providing support and guidance to patients and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a School of Nursing program.
- Five years of experience as a staff/charge nurse in an acute care facility, with experience as a house supervisor preferred.
