Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Oversee the training and development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Assist in the development of shift managers and future leaders, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Ensure the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for team members and customers, adhering to all state and local regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining strong financial results, including managing labor costs, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of restaurant experience, with proven lead experience on all shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
  • Current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check, including MVR.
  • Pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
