  • Provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients, utilizing evidence-based practice and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records and other documentation systems.
  • Maintain current clinical knowledge and competency in skills related to the clinical RN role.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or diploma from an accredited Nursing program.
  • Valid and active RN licensure from the state of Tennessee.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required dependent upon area.
