Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations production support within an enterprise environment.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record as a hands-on technical manager with experience in solution design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise project planning and resource management.
  • Experience in customer-facing production support roles.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Dynatrace, and DefenseStorm.
  • Proficient in various infrastructure technologies including Windows and VMware.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Ability to support operations around the clock.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ITIL or ServiceNow frameworks.
