Job Description

As a Healthcare Services Specialist at Flatwater Group in Santa Fe, New Mexico, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Native American communities by delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide essential case management services at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center, supporting the Purchase Referred Care (PRC) program.
  • Manage patient care coordination, processing referrals, and tracking care processes for primarily un-resourced patients.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 36 months of nursing experience, including at least 12 months in case management.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

This position requires working in a fast-paced clinical environment, standing, walking, and using office equipment, including computers and fax machines. Rotations into other duty sections based on facility needs may occur.
