Job Description

The Title I Classroom Assistant will work closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement instructional strategies that meet the unique needs of Title I students. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting student success, a passion for teaching and learning, and excellent communication skills.

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and Section 504 plans in collaboration with teachers and specialists.
  • Provide targeted support to students, including math, reading, writing, and language arts instruction.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform instruction and drive student growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and guardians.
