Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and direct others, with a strong team player mentality.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Technical Skills: Fluency with current retail software/computer systems, with the ability to effectively utilize technology to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
