The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in residential maintenance, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding service to our clients.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $21, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address resident maintenance requests within apartments.
- Assist in the turnover process of units.
- Diagnose and repair appliances and HVAC systems.
- Demonstrate knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform painting and other maintenance tasks.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Eligibility for on-call bonuses may apply.
- Prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Maintain a working cell phone for communication.
- Exhibit strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
