Revit Structural Tech II Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Structural Tech II to join our team at McMillen, Inc. As a key member of our CAD/BIM/VDC team, you will play a crucial role in taking our water resource projects to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Revit projects and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Create Revit content, including families, schedules, sheet creation, and components, in accordance with standards and desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of structural discipline and its applications in Revit.
  • Actively participate in projects throughout all phases of design and delivery, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Collaborate with Revit and Civil 3D within a master model to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Autodesk's Revit and experience with Revit projects.
  • Proficient with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks for 3D coordination.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and familiarity with structural analysis and connections in Revit.
  • Knowledge of Dynamo or Python for Revit and experience with water resources projects.
  • Excellent technical writing and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate productively with multidisciplinary team members on concurrent projects.
